  • How many attendees can join a session?
    Our minimum number of attendees for each session is 20 people. We can accommodate up to 300 attendees for each one. If you're planning for a large group, please contact us about the group discount.
  • Will there be more session dates available in 2024?
    Yes! Our first dates are April 24, May 2 and May 9 in 2024. More offerings will be added.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We have a minimum number of attendees set at 20 people. If there is less than the required amount, we will automatically refund your class fee.
  • I want to understand more about DSM. Who is the best person to ask?
    Contact Dr. Tyson Browning to answer any questions about the software, the available tools and the methodology behind DSM.
  • Who do I contact about event logistics and admin support for my session?

    It's super important to do the following: 1. Download the DSM Matrix_v1.8_Free app from the DSM site 2. Be ready to login with your Zoom details, emailed to you prior to the session

    Yes. That's why you are here! Learning through the app is the primary way you'll learn through this experience.
